Though they’re not native, Tahoe’s Kokanee are kind of special to me. Visiting the stream profile chamber at Taylor Creek as a kid was probably the first time I’d really seen fish underwater. I loved the view above and below the water and watching the spawning event. I think those experiences partly sparked my interest in underwater photography. Anyway, nice to see a solid amount of salmon in the creek and always fun to get out with the camera. Hope everyone is doing well!
