2 lbs beef stew meat or sirloin tips, cut into chunks 🥩
1 packet (1 oz) onion soup mix 🧅
2 cups beef broth 🥣
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup 🍄
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder 🧄
1/2 tsp black pepper 🧂
1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for thickening)
12 oz egg noodles, cooked 🍝
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish 🌿
Instructions:
Add beef tips to the bottom of the crockpot.
In a bowl, whisk together onion soup mix, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and pepper.
Pour mixture over the beef in the crockpot and stir to coat.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours, until beef is fork-tender.
Optional: To thicken the gravy, mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl and stir into the crockpot 30 minutes before serving.
Cook egg noodles according to package directions.
Serve beef tips and gravy over warm egg noodles.
Garnish with parsley if desired and enjoy!
