Sugar Bear needs a foster. She hates being kenneled in the animal recovery center. Sugar Bear was found on the Island on June 6th. She was microchipped so we thought this is going to be easy, we will reunite her with her owner. It turns out her owner is deceased as of February. We talked with a friend of the deceased owner and she contacted the individuals who said they would take Sugar Bear, unfortunately they have never been in contact with us and we feel they abandoned her here on the Island which is a felony in Texas. Please help us help Sugar Bear by offering to foster her.
