Oftentimes we think this is about trusting other people when really it’s about learning how to trust yourself and your intuition again. It ain’t necessarily about what someone else did to you to make you lose trust. You have to trust that people are going to be who they show you they are and not what the tell you. Love gets easier when you start trusting yourself again and release expecting yourself from other people.

This is what happens when you keep trying to bring your past into your future. Everyone isn’t the same. Everybody ain’t out to hurt you. But that hyper vigilance and pain still makes your decisions for you. You’ve gotta be ok no matter who comes in or out of your life. Learn the lessons, let go faster, and hold onto the ones that show you that they value you. You deserve love!

Today is trash day and I be so glad when the trash man picks up what I don’t want. Some of y’all be living like Oscar the Grouch in the trash can instead of moving on and minding your own damn business. It ain’t that hard. Creating fake profiles to stalk your ex and their new person is weird AF too…just straight up mental illness.
