You don't even need to rent a car if you want to come stay with us. If you're heading to the beach, rent bikes, or call Frog Hop, on demand free service (but please do not forget to tip your drivers, as they are not getting paid salaries and work for tips only!)
There is also a very affordable bus option that literally goes right around the corner from our house!
It can take you anywhere from North Port through downtown, to the airport and Bradenton. Not to mention, rt 99 from downtown Sarasota to Bradenton is completely free!

Our beautifully refreshed living, relaxing, and work space. All redone with your comfort in mind. Sink into the soft cloud sofa for a movie night with your family, have coffee and forget the world with your favorite book in the cozy sunroom, or catch up on the emails at the desk. You'll have time and space for it all.
Full bath is located just off the family room. There is a large laundry area with a washer and dryer for your convenience, and all beach equipment, beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, toys, and beach cart are provided as well. All comforts of home right here.

As close to a gourmet kitchen as you can get in a vacation home. You can tell the owner loves to cook by the way this kitchen is equipped. You will not miss anything from home.
There is an air fryer, slow cookers, juicer, lots of stainless steel pots and pans, and non stick pans.
Baking, roasting supplies as well, cookie sheets, muffin pans, whatever you need!

Dreams do come true...

We fell in love in Sarasota and decided we wanted to retire there, when we are ready. However, we realized it might be a while before we do, so we decided to purchase a very special beach home, an oasis, where we could dissapear to, from the very busy law practice. We searched and we found our Temporary Sanity. Close to family, friends, and a quick 2.5 hr flight from work. For as long as New Jersey is our primary address, we will share Temporay Sanity with the very lucky few... Take advantage of the opportunity. This place is truly special, minutes away (2.1 miles) from the best beaches in America on Siesta Key, Siesta, Crescent and Turtle Beaches. You will want to keep on returning like we do. And one day we will return for good...
