Hello everyone! 👋

I'm thrilled to announce an exciting partnership with a wonderful yoga teacher. Together, we will be offering slow yoga and breathing classes. These sessions will begin with gentle yoga to help you unwind from the day, followed by a guided meditation and reiki healing.

Spaces will be very limited, so keep an eye out for the event details and registration information coming soon!
