I'm actually singing freestyle over the chord progression + melody to an old standard called Sometime Ago by Sergio Mihanovich. I recorded this as a live take, then afterwards edited it down for timing and mastered the sound on my phone. I love opening up my heart and letting my emotions guide the performance. I write plenty of my own lyrics, but there's something to the emotional rawness of an improvised vocal over an established chord progression. That's what you get here 🎶
