Mia Hill won the girls high jump, clearing 5 feet 2 inches, at the Suffolk County Class C Championships at Kings Park High School on May 27.

Daniel Pimenta, at the Suffolk County Class D Championships at Mount Sinai High School on Friday, won the boys 110-meter high hurdles, in 15.45 seconds, and he also earned his second All-County finish in the 400-meter intermediate hurdles, placing third, in 57.12 seconds.

Westhampton Beach senior Mia Hill and Hampton Bays sophomore Daniel Pimenta were county champions in their respective events and meets last week.

“I couldn’t be more proud of a group that I’ve had the opportunity to coach here.
