(E)valuation meetings:
Our Trainers are Here For You so 15 minute meetings are granted to all of our members whenever they are needed. During the Initial E meetings Trainers will evaluate the client. If client is willing, we will track weight and Body Fat percentage. Members will also be referred to a registered dietitian. Personal Training:
Top tier personal trainers that will take clients through a 30 1 on 1 session. Sessions will include a warm up and a cool down. Trainers will have an initial E meeting with the client to establish a rapport and to assess client workout history. Trainer will also assess clients goals and provide educational information and make sure they are performing exercises safely. Group Training:
Group training is classified as 3 clients training together. Clients can already have groups established or ask to be placed in a group. Personal Training rates apply. Top tier personal trainers will take clients through a 30. Trainers will also assess groups goals and provide educational information and make sure all clients are performing exercises safely. Classes:
50 minute HIIT & Strength Classes-
Class schedules will be released each Saturday evening detailing what classes will be coming up the following week. Classes are by quarters 1st, 2nd,3rd and 4th.
1stQuarter = Warm up 10 min.
2ndQuarter= Breakdown*5minutes
Trainer will explain what the breakdown of class will be. Members will be able to ask questions.
3rd Quarter= The Workout 28-32 Minutes
High energy class, High Motors, High fives. Trainers will be correcting form and challenging members to push their limits.
4th Quarter= The final push in the workout.
2-5 minutes. Closing out the workout strong. Recovery= A stretching period designed to aid members with recovery. Different Variations of workouts:
