As I was reading a post today, a very popular woman Pastor, I won't say who was sharing her story and how she suffered in silence for years because of who she was and who she was connected to. After sharing her story and going public, she said she felt the need to tell her truth. She finally felt a sense of freedom because she was no longer living in the pain of silence. She had to muster the courage to stop worrying about what others thought or what they would say because of her position and her husband's position in the Church. No, there was no violence for the inquiring minds, just loneliness and the pain of not being seen. Many people suffer because they are afraid to share their painful truths, and sometimes their ugly truths. I implore you to talk, write, speak, or whatever it takes to share your truth. Please don't wait until it's too late and you continue to live your life with unresolved hurts. I would love to help you share your story. It's time to be free and live life to the fullest, without regrets!
