We are seeking a full time paralegal or legal assistant in our Southfield office. In this position, you will provide support to our attorneys. Specific responsibilities include preparing correspondence and probate pleadings, researching, following up with clients, answering the telephone, interacting with courts/government agencies and general administrative support. You must possess strong interpersonal skills, be comfortable on the telephone and have experience with and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. Previous experience or training in probate preferred. Passing a background check and drug test is required.

Sometimes a name itself can throw an investigator off track. We fortunately knew better than to automatically assume that Jimmy L was a man. Jimmy is indeed a woman and we found her in Inkster, Michigan, and now she's $26,253.76 richer.
