Any Interest in carrot top pesto?

It’s the best part of the carrot harvest in my opinion!

Just like basil pesto but with carrot tops!

I’d sell for $8 for 1/2 pint jars!

We use only organic fertilizer on our vegetables and it would be made with love 🙂

A very bountiful harvest of carrots this year compared to last year!

Things we learned…
Playground gravel < sand for soil addition

The corn starch slurry method does work!! But you will still have to thin, in my opinion not as much.

We thank God we are able to do this to help stock our pantry a freezers!
