High Country Brews

We like to keep up with all the water in the shed, so to speak, so here's a great clip we captured with a phone this morning on Waterfalls Creek, pretty close to Air Bellows Gap on the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Check out that ice!

Part of the Upper New River watershed, Waterfalls Creek empties into the Little River right near the Pine Swamp bridge, which is close to where Dog Branch joins the same river.

So many great names up here in the high country!!!

We were out scouting locations along the New River for future projects, and we came across this old mill on Grinders Mill Rd near Galax and Fries, Virginia.

It's so cool, and apparently very rare, so we're gonna do a story about it!
