Month 3 of trying to do pull ups. So far, I can do 4.5. Hoping to be able to do 10 or more by the end of the year. 😍

Amazing what 90 days can do if you just lock in. Don’t get me wrong though, I had cheat days here and there. Recently I was a bit frustrated with myself thinking I wasn’t doing enough but seeing this video, I am so proud of the progress so far.
