Simply put the government overstepped and the judicial system allowed the infringement for 2 years. has posted an incorrect video online about our challenge to the WA State Assault Weapons Ban. Today the federal judge overseeing that case dismissed another case originally heard the same day challenging SB5078. We were not plaintiffs on this case because we had no standing. Additionally the judge made it quite clear in arguments that she would likely be tossing this case out because NSSF also had no standing due to no one ever being charged. No decision has been issued in our challenge of the assault weapons ban. We ask Krem 2 to remove this video as it is misleading and inaccurate. A couple of days ago the man behind announced that he is running for Attorney General. Pete has a vision of how the AG’s office should operate and understands that the power of that office shouldn’t be used to target people or businesses that don’t align with your political agenda. His foundation is doing incredible work fighting corruption and overreach on issues like 2A, medical freedom, and kids in school. He’s the next AG I want and he’s the next AG that WA needs.
