I spent years feeling miserable, and struggled with stress, overwhelm. I was carrying extra weight and fat in my stomach, my face was round, easily overstimulated, needed daily naps, and was laying awake at night w/ racing thoughts, waking up from 2-3 AM and craving sugar and carbs.
I tried everything that was suggested and when they didn't work, I ended up feeling like giving up.
