• Aaron, the owner with a creative vision and a heart for bold ideas. Father of 3 and pastor of a church, bringing passion and purpose to every project.
• Tyler, our lead shooter and editor, capturing stunning moments and turning them into cinematic masterpieces for over four years. Sharing trail rides with his wife to be, often found or horseback.
• Kaeden, the editor and second shooter, perfecting every detail and making sure each project shines. A part-time fireman and EMT, so you can count on him to bring the heat with those fire shots.

1️⃣ Before the Ceremony – Detail Shots & Vendor Touches
Set aside at least 30 minutes for your photo/video team to capture flat lays (invites, rings, florals, perfume, etc.) and untouched venue details. Pro tip: Keep all your important items in one box or bag so it's easy to hand off. Trust us—these shots add so much storytelling to your final film + gallery.

2️⃣ During the Ceremony – Unplug & Be Present
Ask your officiant to announce an unplugged ceremony. Phones and iPads in the aisle can block your walk down and distract from those emotional vows. Let your guests know your media team has it covered—so they can fully experience the moment with you.

3️⃣ Post Ceremony – Take a Pause Before the Party
Right after you walk back down the aisle, sneak away for 5-10 minutes—just the two of you. No vendors, no guests. Let the moment sink in, breathe, and celebrate each other before diving into portraits, cocktails, and reception chaos. It’s your first moment as a married couple—make it count. 🤍

For the last 4 years I have been working on a project(mostly incognito)🥸

I started up another video company! For those that have been on this wedding journey for over a decade with me(nearly 14years) you know we have traveled the world with Grace Media! Italy, Honduras, New York, California, and much more filming weddings and all other fun and exciting projects.

Now we want to film your family story!!! Yes, we want to ensure that your Parents, Grandparents, and anyone else get the platform they DESERVE to share your favorite recipe, how they fell in love 😍😍😍 and everything else you want passed on to the next generation!!!
