At any given moment, you could do something completely different.

You say 'NO' to everything that doesn't fuel you.
You say 'NO' to the people who suck your energy.
You say 'NO' to the distractions that keep you stagnant.

What if you layered in something completely new and intentionally decide to rewrite your story instead of blindly repeating it.

You could stop waiting for the “right time” and realize the time was already given to you........!

The tools you require and the 'right' people are simply sitting on the bench, warmed-up, waiting for you to 'make the call'.

👠 Stop stopping and go-after what you said you wanted.....you know.... before you got tired, allowed yourself to be distracted and totally forgot what you SAID you wanted in the first place. 💗

I get messages from a lot of women (and men) who are freakin' exhausted from trading overtime for family time.

Living for the weekend ~ is not a viable option for true peace and happiness.

They're sick and tired of dragging themselves to a daily job that provides zero fulfillment......and, they.are numb five days out of the week.
....It's crazy.....Right...?

Lost time is never replaced. 🙏 (Let that sink in)

Being "busy" is not a bragging right or a badge of honor.

If you run around and talk about how "busy" you are...

What you're actually doing is broadcasting how stupid and ineffective you are to everyone who knows better.

Busy is not effective.

Most people get this confused which is why most people never make any progress.

They think that as long as they are taking action...

They are being productive.

That is false.

You know what being "busy" actually means?

It means you're unfocused.

It means you're ineffective.

It means you're disorganized.

It means you're confusing movement with progress.

Here's the good news:

You no longer have to load your calendar with meaningless tasks that occupy all of your time.

Instead, you can start focusing on producing results...

Which also happens to be the only thing that actually matters.

Being busy is easy.

Being effective is hard.

It requires focus.

It requires discipline.

It requires saying no to the unimportant so you can say yes to what matters.
..but it's also what will help you produce the results you're after.

Quit being busy.

Don’t confuse the silence for weakness....!

This is your season.
