Snowcat: Are you ready to ski or snowboard the freshest powder (or "powpow" for you locals) in Colorado? Snowcat tours take you where the gondola's cant…into the untouched powder of the Rocky Mountains. Enjoy a leisurely snowcat ride up the mountain as it takes you high into the always-coveted untouched powder areas of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Heliskiing: Get to da choppa! Our personal favorite way to get up to best ski and snowboarding available in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. It's simple, climb in a helicopter, jump out of the helicopter, enjoy a heart pounding and adrenaline filled ride down the Colorado Rocky Mountains on your favorite snowboard or pair of skis. Heliskiing is where the most epic of black diamond runs can be found and honestly, who hasn't wanted to jump out of a helicopter before? Ice Climbing: Are you ready to climb a waterfall, while it's frozen? Ice climbing in the Colorado Rocky Mountain region is where you need to be. Use your pick axe while you learn how to belay and rappel to reach the top of that apex. The views are outstanding, the adventure is amazing, the apex is worth the climb and who doesn't want to wear those cool spiked boots? White Water Rafting: Row row row your boat! Team sports are cool and all but it really matters when your team keeps you on the raft and facing skyward. Be prepared to navigate white water rapids while you twist and turn over and around boulders surrounded by rushing river water. Colorado has some of the best white water rafting available and there is nothing like the experience of letting Mother Nature rush you through the Rocky Mountains. Keep a smile on your face and a paddle in your hand and remember to ROW! Ziplines: Remember when the national speed limit was 55mph? That's how fast some of the Colorado Rocky Mountain ziplines will take you. Fly high with nothing but a harness and a cable while you take in the breathtaking views of Colorado. Ziplining is the next best thing to skydiving when you want to feel like you are flying and truly free. We suggest going backwards so you can show everyone on the launch platform your permanent smile. ATV Riding: Ready to get close and personal with the ATV four wheeling trails that the Colorado Rocky Mountains have to offer? Experience the wilderness and views of Colorado while you hit the gas, spin the tires, and laugh as you make it look easy to climb over rocks and fallen trees that would have held up Lewis & Clark's expedition. These trails aren't for your family SUV. Mountain Biking: Those ski trails aren't dormant when the powder is gone, they are transformed into handmade trails for you by the best mountain biking experts around. The Colorado Rocky Mountains have some of the best (we think the best) mountain biking in the country. Saddle up on a top of the line mountain bike while you ramp, jump, skid and pull your sweetest moves on the gnarliest (or "narnar" for you locals) mountain biking trails. Watch for 50ft drops, 20ft wooden banks and an intense trail riding experience. Trails range from green (easy) to black diamond (Did you see that!?) so everyone can have the time of their lives. Nothing says "I had an awesome adventure" like a little mud in your teeth. Rock Climbing: Dating back to 400BC the human race has been trying to reach the highest point just so they could see if it was possible. Climb a mile high while taking in the beautiful wilderness of our Colorado Rocky Mountains. Rock climbing takes a truly physical and mental approach but the satisfaction and views make it all worth it…and you look like a secret agent rappelling down the rock face. Racing: Race gas and tire smoke are some of our favorite smells. Colorado has an all encompassing racing experience ranging from Top Fuel dragsters hitting 330+mph or grab an exotic rental and avoid the cones! Some say they live life a quarter mile at a time, we can take you further. Go Karting: Whoever thought of strapping a tuned up lawnmower motor to a mini race car frame is a genius. Strap in, rev up and challenge your friends while you blast down full race go kart tracks in insanely fast machines that ride inches above the ground. Colorado offers either inside or outside go kart tracks that you would never see at your local fun center. It depends on how fast you're willing to go but some of these go kart's can easily pass grandma in the fast lane. Skydiving: Parachutes were invented to save lives when your airplane quit working but it turns out this is an extremely fun hobby as well! Throw a parachute on your back, fly to 3000+ft and swing the side of the plane open, then enjoy minutes of freefall while your body rockets through the clouds at 100mph. Once the parachute opens there is nothing more amazing than the sound of your racing heart and the view of the Rocky Mountains below you. Are you ready? Paragliding: Everyone once wished that they could fly, here is your chance! Paragliding offers unmatched views of the Colorado Rocky Mountains as you silently soar through the alpine air and over the boring people on the ground. Strap on a parachute harness and jump off a cliff to truly see what the Colorado Rocky Mountains has to offer a Rocky Mountain Adventure J***y like you.
