Heard a lot of great things about Kasian Kitchen HTX Crawfish & Seafood, but it just didnā€™t hit today šŸ˜ž

Price: $7.99/lb

Peel: Honestly perfect. Every single one peeled with no struggle at all.

Taste: Ordered the Kasian-style sauce, and the flavor just didnā€™t come through unless I really sucked the head or drenched them in the sauce sitting at the bottom of the bag. Outside of that, it leaned heavy on salty and peppery. Also, the bugs werenā€™t the cleanest.

Spice: Got medium level, and it definitely had heatā€”but again, more salty-hot than flavorful. It didnā€™t give a true Cajun or Asian vibeā€¦ just spice without depth.

Service: Super quick. I paid and had my food in about 30 seconds, which was impressive.

Taste: Classic Cajun boil, clean, full of flavor and a solid kick.

Size: Smedium to large (good mix)

Spice: Just about perfect. I went with the house boil and it brought the heat without overdoing it.

Peel: A little work on the smaller ones, but overall not bad.

Service: Friendly, welcoming, and quick.

From what Iā€™ve seen this season, theyā€™ve been consistent every time ā€” no off days.

Price- $6.99/pound (great deal)

Service: GREAT! My waitress was very attentive and checked on me often. Butter was $1, but she gave it to me on the houseā€”which I appreciated.

Taste: Honestly, not the best. The crawfish lacked seasoning and flavor. It mostly tasted like unclean boil water.

Cleanliness: The crawfish werenā€™t as clean as I wouldā€™ve preferred. And yes, I know theyā€™re mudbugsā€”but still makes a difference.

Peel: No issues here. They peeled easily.

Size: Medium to large- Good mix
