July was a surprise!

A Hurricane
No power for 9 days
No phone service for 3 days
No internet for 16 days

I’m so so grateful for each of these sales!

Let’s talk about the facts here-
The Teal dresser. I had half way done for 2 years. Had to really push myself to complete it. It Sold within a few days for $375!

Black Night Stands
I absolutely LOVED these. With in 5 minutes of posting them I had someone scheduled to pick them up. Then I got husband blocked 😒
They sat for 2 1/2 months. I refused to budge on the price. The Lady who bought them loved them as much as I did. She was the right buyer. So much so she saw them when I frosted posted them, but couldn’t buy them because she was moving. As soon as she moved she messaged me!

The Maple Dresser
I bought this with the intention of an easy flip. I cleaned and polished, then painted the hardware. The listing went live mid January. I started the price at $225 and ended up lowering the price. On many occasions I thought about stripping it down and redoing it. But, I stuck to my guns!
The goal for this piece was to pay for the entire haul when I bought this (including the black nightstands), without having to put much time into it!
I was able to accomplish that at the sale price of $175!
