We have expanded our services not only with our newly created tech services but also adding an additional room and more larger hourly studio on site, Our new hourly studio is a 22x12 filled with a top of the line PA , Marshall and Ampeg guitar and bass amplifiers and a 5 pc.drum kit. As we have expanded this new studio we are completely filled our monthly studios and are full however this hourly studio is the best deal on the north side of Houston your gonna find .Booked at $40 per hrs and 2 hr minimum, if you book the 3rd hr you get the 4th hour free. We also can book block rates. This facility is looking and is in the planning stages for expansion with adding an additional 5 units early January. The new 5 studio units all 5 will be built approximately 15x20 in size with ceiling height of 12-14 ft.They are in the planning stages and should be ready for the first of 2027

We are delighted to announce the launch and utilization of our new studio space, specifically designed for large groups, measuring 12x22 feet and equipped with comprehensive backline, PA, bass, and guitar amplifiers, including Ampeg and Marshall. This space is currently dedicated to hourly production sessions, priced as follows: $40 per hour for bands and $20 per hour for drummers (studio time and drummer only), with a two-hour minimum booking requirement and a complimentary fourth hour for every three hours booked. We have had a full house here with our monthly lockouts and our hourly business has been growing steadily which brings me to this. We are now working, and changing our floor plan to accommodate our new growth and business. During this first year , we have made a significant demand increase in lockouts and last month I made a decision to go ahead and turn my hourly studio into a lockout for a group that really wanted a studio , loosing my monthly room and using my smallest unit which is a 12x12 studio that is way too small and it was designed to be a small teaching studio that was used only a couple of times as a drum studio since opening last year.
With the need for a hourly studio that was lost and the demand and business that we have I have made the decision to move forward with a project that involves removing a wall and some construction , THE QUARRY will have a , hourly studio again and at the same time use a space that is not being utilized. The NEW studio unit will serve as a hourly studio only and will not be a lockout. Designed to accommodate a large group and be larger than the previous hourly unit and will be a 22x12 unit. This Studio unit will also have blocked rates as well as the Full PA, Marshall half stack and Ampeg bass rig with a 5pc drum kit. This will be ready and completed by Wednesday May 20 th and will also accommodate the already booked band that was using the old space of a no longer 12x12
I do not have any monthly lockouts available and I am still projecting the expansion of the 5 monthly units planned to be ready early 2027 they will be north side but not certain on the the location That’s TBD

Growing the scene, Houston and the amount of people and musicians is growing. More people have moved and are moving to Texas from an out of state move.
I have been getting requests for more studio units, especially the last couple of weeks. I have been pondering the possibility of expanding the production business and been researching the possibilities.
I now have decided to move on this idea and expanding the business to either a adjacent unit right in the same building where we are currently located, or possibly a separate location, not sure on it yet but definitely in the new proposed location these units are going to be available for the same size roughly and I will be planning to build the rooms at a scale to rehearse a show, 4 or 5 studios in the planned phase and the size range of v 24x20 with higher 12-15 ft ceilings in all units. This is the plan and it could slightly change from the original plan design but these are in development phase on paper and currently still looking for a definite location,. Thanks to you guys you know who you are for your support and your advice.

April is here and we have rehearsal space for you. We are pushing hourly time for the now. Business is booming right now and we only have one lockout available for a monthly lease expansion plans are being discussed. Our hourly rates are currently at $40.00 per hr at a 2 hr minimum with full Backline is provided. If you’re looking plz contact me at (832) 562-1791.
The one room available for monthly is a 12x12 lockout at $475 per month and $300 deposit.
