We use an all professional sound system, from the mixing board to high quality wireless microphones. We also have the ability to change the spee

d of a song. So if a singer feels a song is too fast for them, we can slow it down. With 3 wireless microphones, this allows the singer to remain at their table or bar stool to perform. No need to stand on stage. Also with 2 wireless mics, the next singer already has a microphone while the current singer performs. This cuts down on ‘silent time’ between singers, no more waiting for the mic to be handed off. Audio Productions Karaoke uses Compuhost software. It will log all songs by a singer; this removes the need for a ‘regular’ to fill out a request slip each week for their songs. It will also keep a singer in rotation, even if that singer does not have a current song request in. This allows us to have the fairest rotation. Also, we do not favor our friends or the ‘good singers’, everyone with us gets their chance to sing. And new singers will sing withinthe next 6 songs or so..
