If you’re going to do energy work, I highly recommend a formal training program of some kind where you can learn how to keep yourself and others around you safe.

But on a much deeper level, where you have a mentor who will walk with you hand in hand as you are learning and experiencing the liminal world so you can have a better understanding of what you’re encountering and how to handle it. And yourself.

For seven years I’ve been teaching this work through the Earth Tenders Academy. Then late last year my Bigfoot guides came to me and said...there’s more.

They’ve been putting me through another level of initiation into the Middle World ever since. And what they want to teach isn’t just the mechanics of how that world works.

It’s your own medicine. The gifts that make you unique, that you’re meant to bring through in this Living World where we live and in the Middle World where they live.

That’s what Middle World Medicine is. Nine weeks, live on Zoom, small group, starting September 8th. Journeying into the Middle World. Entities, curses, AI implants, and how to get yourself out of an uncomfortable situation.

Ethically.

Because it’s one thing to channel messages from beautiful beings of light, but a whole other to know how to handle yourself when things get weird.

And this world needs more practitioners who are willing to stand in their own light, know their own power, and use their healing gifts to create real change in the world.

It’s Day 1 of Summer Camp and we’re headed to Blue Hole Park in Salina, Oklahoma.

The word of the day is WHISPER.

This wasn’t a particularly quiet spot so I had to look beneath the surface to connect with the word, but as usual, the Spirits of the Land has some wise words to share.

On a side note, Summer Camp might be my most brilliant idea yet!

Having a bit of an adventure and some time in nature in the morning put me in the right frame of mind to sit down for some focused computer work in the afternoon - but with a fantastic view!

Sometimes we forget that what we think are mistakes are actually the curriculum from spirit.

Over a decade of Middle World practice and I still learn something new with every journey.

Or get a reminder of something I forgot!

So if you’re waiting to feel “ready” before you start this work, know that there’s no such thing.

Only the practice, which shows us the way.

I’m not letting the next two months slip by without a little creative fun.

I’m taking myself to summer camp!

But instead of campfire sing-a-longs and friendship bracelets, expect more wandering, swimming and scrapbooking.

I’ve made a list of 20 locations less than an hour away. Some I’ve been to before, and some are totally new to me!

There will be natural springs (of course), a few parks and campgrounds, arboretums and gardens (can’t wait!) a museum, historical sites and even a Civil War battlefield.

I can’t wait to see what the Spirits of the Land have to share with me over the next month or two and I’m looking forward to sharing it with you.

Here’s what a decade+ of working in the Middle World has taught me: you can’t opt out.

It’s the spiritual layer of the Earth, and it bleeds into the physical all the time.
That’s why I don’t believe the Middle World is optional for anyone doing spirit work. And I don’t believe it should be left only to the experts.

If you’re willing to learn how to navigate it, you’ll find the most beautiful magic waiting there for you.

We’re taught to journey up. We’re taught to journey down. Almost no one teaches us to work right here, on the plane we actually live on.

So we go in without a map. Without the rules. Without knowing who we’re talking to.

And then something unfriendly crosses our path, and we decide the whole place is dangerous.

But if you’ve ever connected with a tree, asked the clouds for rain, or felt the energy of a mountain, you’ve already been there.

The Middle World is crowded.

Nature beings and ancestors. Weather. Earthbound spirits still tied to someone they loved. A few beings that are up to no good. Even other versions of you.

But here’s the important part: in the Middle World, you’re the one with free will. Every being you meet has to honor that. Nobody crosses into your energy field without your permission.

Once you know the terrain, it stops being something to fear. It becomes the place you do your most tangible work. On your home. On your land.

That’s what I teach inside Earth Tenders Academy.

A good number of people find their way to my inbox after having an experience they can’t explain - and then being told by their teacher or mentor that the experience wasn’t possible.

Or worse, that they did something wrong or negative to bring that experience on.

In my decade of experience working specifically in the shamanic Middle World (and seven years of teaching others now), I can tell you that there is a whole lot more to explore here on our Earth plane than some of the more traditional teachings cover, and...

Bumping into a less-than-friendly spirit does not mean that you have a low vibration / you attracted it / you did something wrong.

Yes, these beings exist in the Middle World - but so do many other beautiful, loving, healing, joyful beings who want nothing more than to partner with humans like us to bring real change into the physical world.

And that’s exactly what I teach inside Earth Tenders Academy.

I walk you step-by-step through how to navigate the Middle World safely, introduce you to the beings you’ll find there (yes, fairies and Bigfoot included!), and show you how to partner with these beings to do healing work that becomes tangible in the Living World.

Through guided journeys and live practice sessions, you can experience what’s possible when you stop being afraid of the Middle World and open to the magic there instead.

Energy healing with the land is an incredibly creative process.

It can sound almost too simplistic sometimes.

Because the process happens in our imagination.

And because we learned how to imagine as children, we somehow think that things should be more complex now that we’re adults.

Of course, some of the work is more complex.

Or requires more complex thinking to understand and execute.

The place where we were led astray as children though - when we were learning how to use our imagination - was calling it “make believe” or “pretend”.

Because some very real things can be accomplished in the very aptly named...imaginal realm...with our imagination.

Creating and picturing things in your mind can sometimes be enough to move energy from the invisible realm into the physical.

Next time you need to clear the energy in a home or other building, try this technique and see how simple it can be!
