Just over here doing the least and letting nature do her thing 💗 I transplanted five plants and gave seven more to the neighbors. Plan ahead now! Forget to harvest! Leave rotten tomatoes on the ground and you too can have free plants next spring!

True story. I did once call into work sick because a mountain was calling me to come visit.  
 
It was the middle of winter and I had to snowshoe to the trail head and then the trail got too narrow for snowshoes so I had to leave them behind and tromp uphill in knee deep snow.  
 
But there’s nothing better than being the only human in a forest filled with beautiful nature spirits wanting a long chat with their human friend 💗

I did a reading some time ago where the owners were having one thing after another break in their house.

Faucet. Water heater. Heater. A whole laundry list of maintenance issues.

When I tuned in to the Spirits of the Land, the message wasn’t what I expected.

The house wanted them to clean up the clutter. Take some pride in the place. Show it off.

It was feeling uncared for. And as a result, was no longer caring for the people who lived there.

Once they shifted, the breakdowns stopped.

What’s been happening in your house lately that might be a message? What do you think it’s trying to tell you?

And as a bonus benefit, I find that I sleep a WHOLE lot better at night.

Because whichever part of myself was going to wake me up at 3am to be anxious about something gets soothed before I fall asleep.

Of course, you can work with timelines on the land too - but they tend to shift and release and change SO much easier than us humans who like to second guess things or loop on an old event over and over again.

Anytime I visit a new place, either physically or in a shamanic journey, I start by introducing myself to the Keeper of the Land.

This is a spirit who oversees a wide area, like an entire neighborhood.

They know everything that’s happening there, both physically and energetically.

After greeting them, I always ask: Will you show me what I most need to see here?

The answers are sometimes surprising and they’ll often show you something that’s hiding right in plain sight.

From there, I follow the thread.

I might ask about disturbances, the land’s history, or other spirits present. And I always offer my assistance if needed.

But the relationship starts here.
