Officially closed this deal today!
I was able to roll the gains from one of my other rentals into this building and partner for the rest. I went from a 3 unit building bringing in $2,945/m in rental income to a 24 unit building bringing in $18,226/m in rental income.
This one deal completely covers all of my living expenses and has put me in a position to go to work because I want to and not because I have to.
I’ll be diving into how everything it took to get this deal done and explain how finding a bank to finance this property was easier then trying to find a bank to purchase a single family home!
