Happy Thanksgiving. I'm so grateful for the work and the stories I get to tell. It means so much to me that someone would allow me to put their story on camera. We have so much to give the world and we have so much to learn from each other. I'm so honored to be a part of that.

May you be blessed today and surrounded by those you care most about and that you are surrounded by love and gratefulness because you are a part of their stories too.

🎤 Most people aren’t used to being on camera—and that’s okay!

Here are 3 quick ways to feel more natural and authentic in your next interview.

1. Get a good night's sleep the night before
2. Wear something that you feel comfortable in. Being distracted by something that's too tight (or too low ladies) can hinder your experience on camera
3. It never hurts to invest in someone to do your makeup or give you a fresh hair cut to make you feel confident and more importantly, less distracted.
4. Bonus tip: tell me your coffee order before the shoot and I'll be sure you have your favorite treat for you.
