One of our local Drivers Jerry Lankton lost his Dad after a battle with cancer .
Jerry & his Family have raced at Springfield Raceway for 19 years since Hoffman has owned the track.
Jerry’s Dad raced on the local Dirt Tracks in the 80’s.

Weatherman called for a hot day with some wind & i will be damned if it wasn’t HOT & windy …. Weatherman got er right….. Water Truck Guy did alot better job this week & the track was good & wide from the beginning first heats…. But we did have a lil dust around tha top …..Cars raced all over er….with some photo finishes ….
