Thank you to everyone who joined us for the MorningBird Media Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting Celebration!! Seeing so many our clients, friends, creative partners, local businesses & community leaders gathered together in one space means more than I can ever express.
What made the night so special wasn’t just acknowledging our opening, it was watching collaboration happen in real time. Conversations, connections, laughter, support, and a shared excitement for what’s continuing to grow in downtown Springfield. People enjoyed food made by our local partners and spoke with our preferred vendors about services and ways to help themselves personally & professionally. It was really cool to see the evening unfold.
A heartfelt thank you to the incredible businesses and partners who helped bring the evening to life:
DreamOn Event Designs, Who Cooks For You Café, The Mocha Trade Co, Mandalay Sushi Express, Cherished Cookie Creations, Pioneer CRE, RCollaborative, Minuteman Press, ETHYST Skincare, Westfield Bank, Whip City Spirits and everyone else who contributed their time, energy, and creativity to the event. My mom & Brady made sure everyone was fed and that the bubbly was flowing all night.
Thank you as well to the West of the River Chamber, Executive Director Robin Francis, local dignitaries and every single person who showed up to support us. Also could not have done with without our MorningBird family-Jack, Dariel & Lauren, as well as the volunteers who wanted to see MorningBird fly as much as we do, including my husband Charles who helped remodel the entire space from placing every carpet tile to building me a custom podcast space, Katie & Will who did every odd task I threw their way (I’ll be reminded of it every time I look at the flower wall), Andrea, who helped me remodel the photography studio and no matter the circumstance, always showed, as well as every intern that helped along the way (you know who you are!!)
This was a reminder of how powerful community truly is.
And by the way, we are just getting started.
