At 12 years old, life shifted. From being evicted to facing challenge after challenge, I learned early that I had to use my voice.

Years later, in my first year as a teacher, I brought music into my lessons, turning it into a bridge for my students to understand the content, see themselves in it, and find their own voice.

Leadership for me has never been about a title . It’s about leading from the heart. ❤️
