I remember…I was getting ready for work with the news on, so I could hear the traffic report. We lived in Olathe, KS at the time because we both worked there in Overland Park.

My younger brother was in the Marine Corp. He called me at work to talk about it and calm my fears, or at least try.

I remember hearing the first tower was hit. I woke Mike up and told him, “We’re under attack.”

We definitely knew it after the second tower was hit.

This was the absolute best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. I love wood fired pizza to begin with, but the fact that they source the flour from Italy, which is easier on the digestive system, but they also have gluten free options as well. And don’t even get me started on the wings. I typically wouldn’t choose wings, but these wings are also made with love. Y’all, they even smoke the wings before adding the wonderful flavor of your choice. Personally, I love spice, so I loved the buffalo wings, but they’re all outstanding. Also, the dessert was to die for too. You have to check out The Falls Pizza Company. They definitely have a gift and a calling for what they do.
