Some of the best moments from Conference 2026 never happened under the stage lights.
They happened around tables, between sessions, and in honest conversations between people willing to share whatās working, what isnāt, and what theyāre learning along the way.
Jack Stack left us with four reminders:

To everyone who traveled to St. Louis, stepped through the Gateway to Potential, and contributed to this experience: thank you. The energy, openness, and generosity you brought made the conference more powerful.
