periodization and program design/implementation. Application of all resistance, cardiovascular, isometric equipment. Chronic diseases have become the leading cause of death and disability in the United States. Accounting for 70% of deaths in the United States. Chronic disease takes a toll on the nations economy by lowering productivity and slowing economic growth resulting in escalating corporate health-care costs and the fact that 75 cents of every dollar spent on health care, or $1.7 trillion dollars annually goes towards treating chronic illness. Let's work on turning these numbers around and begin working on a healthier lifestyle not just for our own well being, but for the good of our Country.

Thank you every one who voted and supported the B+ foundation. It was for a good cause. Also thank you for supporting me and following me. I came up 1 spot short of moving onto the Quarterfinals. Overall I am honored to have made it as far as I did. Congrats to all contestants that moved onto the Quarterfinals. Good luck to you all
