Looks like Oregon's U.S. Rep, Val Hoyle, is struggling to cough up public documents again.

Willamette Week reported that Hoyle took almost a year to disclose public documents from her personal device related to her role as Labor Commissioner for Oregon BOLI. It took a subpoena from the Department of Justice before Hoyle hired an attorney to slowly submit the documents.

It's going on 3 years now, and BOLI still hasn't responded to my request for public information from my complaint of discrimination and retaliation from the City of Springfield, my then employer.

"Hoyle was among five members of Congress who were weeks late in filing their most recent mandatory annual financial disclosure reports, which provide the public with a broad overview of lawmakers’ assets, income, business ties, contractual obligations and debts."

The second-term representative was weeks or months late disclosing 217 individual stock trades, according to an OpenSecrets review.
