Chicory root is pretty cool y’all ! It's got inulin for gut health, can help with blood sugar and weight loss, and has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Some people like it as a coffee substitute. This plant is entirely edible, from root to leaf 🍃 Do your own research before trying 🥰

Here's a short poem of the day 🥰

A tiny seed, so small and bright,
Takes root in earth, and begins its fight.
It sprouts and grows, with each new day,
Reaching for sun, in its own sweet way.

Leaves unfurl, and stems stretch high,
As roots dig deep, and the plant starts to thrive.
It buds and blooms, with colors bold,
A fruit begins to form, young and cold.

Nourished by sun, and watered with care,
The fruit ripens, and its sweetness shares.
A sweet reward, for all to see,
The plant's hard work, is finally set free.
