Fiction is Back at Cedar Fort!

We’re thrilled to announce that Cedar Fort Publishing is once again opening to fiction! This is something many of our readers and writers have been waiting for—and we’ve been listening.

Starting July 1st, we’ll begin accepting submissions in the following categories:

- Adult Romance
- Mystery & Thriller
- Historical Fiction
- Middle Grade

* We're hoping to add even more!

We already have some incredible new titles from well-known authors scheduled for release later this year, with more exciting projects lined up for 2026. We’ll be announcing those soon.
To support this exciting expansion, we’re making several improvements behind the scenes:

- A revamped editing process
- Upgraded production tools that provide real-time transparency for our authors
- New author surveys to gather feedback on contracts, editing, cover design, marketing, and more

We’re also growing our team. Please join us in welcoming:

- Heather B. Moore as our new Author Success Coach
- Jennifer Savage as our Events Coordinator
- Dallas Robertson as our Podcast & Author Interview Producer

We’ll be sharing more about their roles—and introducing our new editors—soon.

While we’re adding fiction, our commitment to non-fiction and picture books remains unchanged. These new tools and team members will support all of our publishing projects.

To prepare for the influx of submissions, we’ll begin accepting new fiction proposals starting July 1st.
