Annabelle Bunnell, her two little brothers Briggs and Dayton, and their friend Logan Landsman decided to run a lemonade stand back in July. They sold lemonade and cookies for one dollar, along with some bracelets. But instead of keeping the money, they donated their profits to the Springville Volunteer Fire Company.

The Springville Trinket Box was created by Libby Rehrauer after seeing similar designs on social media. She stocked it with various toys and other fun objects. The concept is simple; people can stop by and trade one of their own trinkets for one in the box.

Senator Patrick M. Gallivan and Assemblyman David DiPietro joined members of the Boston Fire Company Tuesday, June 30 evening in dedicating a bridge on Rice Road in the Town of Boston in memory of four volunteer firefighters who died in a 1978 incident. The bridge over State Route 219 will be designated as the “Boston Fire Company Fallen Firefighters Memorial Bridge.”
