These clients in Springville had a broken air conditioner for seven years. They hired multiple servicemen and salesmen, all of whom told them it was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. As a result, they went without air conditioning for seven years.
Until today!
Earlier in the day, we went to a family member's house and fixed their air conditioner. The homeowner suggested that they set us up with their relative in Springville, who was also without AC. Throughout the day, we added multiple jobs and solved various problems. At one job, we were surprised to find three non-functional systems when we were expecting just one. We got all three systems up and running within an hour and a half service time and didn’t even charge for two of the systems. One of them had been condemned to the scrapyard by multiple companies, but we fixed that one too! All for under $350.
We also squeezed in two additional emergency calls that came in unexpectedly, taking care of them ,and dealing with all of the days, unexpected delays, (including the traffic )Finally, we arrived in Springville at 9 PM to find an air conditioner that hadn’t been running for seven years and had been condemned by several companies. Our crew of an experienced technician and his bright 12-year-old son, who has been working with his dad for several years, put it back together in under two hours and for less than $500.
When we were done, it felt like we had made some new friends and gained a solid, lifelong customer. It’s always a plus to be someone’s hero, and we’re glad we were part of making things right. It’s unfortunate that these situations happen daily with so many unscrupulous people out there.

For seven years, they sweltered in Springville,
Hired folks said, "Replace, it is done!"
Till today, we came through,
Fixed what many couldn’t do.
Three jobs turned to six, surprise on our side,
Got them all working, no fees to hide.
An ace tech and his son, only twelve but so keen,
Fixed the old AC, made it run like a dream.
Under $500, and cooling in 2.5 hours,
We made new friends, showcased our powers.
Heroes for a day, it felt so right,
Fighting the frauds, bringing cool back to night.
