Mitchell County Lt. Detective Ashley Beam secured a felony warrant for Christopher Eugene Biederman, age 32, for Abduction of a Child. This is in regard to our missing child in the Amber Alert on Sunday, November 2. He is being held at this time in the Allen County Detention Center at the Allen County Sheriff's Office in Ohio. They are holding him on our fugitive warrant and a felony warrant from the same matter from the Lima Police Department. This is still a very active ongoing investigation, no doubt by the city and county in Ohio, but also by the FBI. Several different local departments came together for this investigation on Sunday. After two different dog tracks, we determined that she must have been picked up. The SBI office was at our office already assisting in the investigation, probably within 30 minutes of issuing the Amber Alert. I got a call on my cell phone from the FBI. They were at our office within an hour and a half. Intelligence from both agencies was able to track down the location of the individual we believed to have picked up the child. It is my belief that this case will ultimately be picked up by federal authorities. This person is innocent until proven guilty. This is the booking picture of Biederman in the jail.

The child has been returned safe.

FOSTER NEEDED 🐾

We are searching for an experienced foster home for this sweet mama cat and her 4 precious kittens. Mama is doing an amazing job—she keeps her babies spotless and handles most of the care herself. She is incredibly gentle, and her little ones are already following her lead. 💗

We are asking for a foster who can provide:

• A quiet, calm room.
• Completely separate from pets/household chaos.
• A commitment of 6–7 weeks.

To make things as easy as possible, we supply everything — litter, toys, and all their food 🐾

If you have the quiet space, time, and experience to help this little family, please reach out. They deserve a quiet and peaceful place to grow and thrive. ✨
