Congratulations to Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins!!
Being a great player is one thing.
Being a great person is another.
Uncle Charlie is both.
Congrats to Adam Wainwright on being named the 2020 Roberto Clemente Award recipient!
It was close, but in the end not only do the Chiefs win, BUT they clinch their sixth straight playoff berth!!!!!!
He wasn't just a great coach and entertaining broadcaster.
To many of us, he was a dear friend.
My tribute to the late, great Jim Hanifan

He was a head football coach, an assistant football coach, a Super Bowl champion, a broadcaster, and to me and thousands of others, a dear friend. I am talking about the late, great Jim Hanifan. Ha…

Our thoughts and prayers are with Doug Armstrong and his family as his father, Neil Armstrong, passed away early Sunday morning. Neil worked as an NHL linesman and officiated 1,744 regular-season games before retiring in 1978. He was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1991.
Cauliflower Alley Club
We send out happy birthday wishes to the legendary Exotic Adrian Street as he turns 80 years old today.
Dan believes the Cardinals are setting their sights on 2022, even if that means not doing much in 2021. Which is a very big possibility.
What do you think?
Congrats Jeffrey!

RIP Pat. You’ll be missed 💔
Rough phone calls to get this morning to tell me, our dear family member Pat Patterson who was also father figure and my pro wrestling mentor has passed away.
A WWE hall of famer, TRUE trailblazer and one of the most brilliantly creative wrestling minds the industry has ever known.
He was also responsible for calling Vince McMahon when I was training to become a pro wrestler (my $7 bucks days) and said, “Vince you gotta see this kid work in the ring”.
Vince flew me to RAW a few weeks later and I had my first match EVER in Corpus Christie, Texas.
The rest is history and years later, here I am writing this post.
* cue Sinatra’s MY WAY (Pat’s favorite to sing)
...I’ve lived a life that’s full,
I traveled each and every highway
But more, much more than this
I did it my way...
Love you, Pat.
And THANK YOU.
I’ll see you down the road 🥃
RIP to Wrestling Hall of Famer and all-time legend Pat Patterson. He was 79 years old.
- 1 of only 2 Superstars to hold the Intercontinental, Hardcore and WWE 24/7 Championships
- Inaugural IC Champion
- Created the Royal Rumble match
- Won titles in WWF/E in the 1970s, 2000s & 2010s
- Oldest Titleholder in WWF/E history
🤔😍😍😍
Happy 71st birthday to Wrestling Hall of Famer Jerry "The King" Lawler!!!!
Where were you in 1918?
Today we mourn the loss of coach Jim Hanifan. Hanifan, 87, passed away on Wednesday night. A well-respected figure in the St. Louis area, Hanifan coached for the "Big Red" Football Cardinals, as well as an assistant coach for the St. Louis Rams, helping lead them to their Super Bowl ###IV victory.
He will be truly missed.
Per Cardinals' beat reporter Anne Rogers, "all signs point to [Jordan] Hicks rejoining the team next season and factoring into the bullpen. He’s recovering and has rehabbed his elbow, regaining his strength and building up his arm with bullpen sessions."
Who would you like to see as the Cardinals closer next season?
The Kansas City Chiefs

Standing against racism...
As the color barrier in baseball was being broken, Musial was one of the few baseball players to support integration. Especially among his own teammates.
He was more than just an amazing ballplayer.
He was a genuine human being.
Interesting facts about Stan "The Man":
*He never got ejected from a game
*He won the MVP Award in just his third season
*He shares the birthplace and birthday (although not the year) as fellow Hall of Famer Ken Griffey Jr.
*He had an equal number of hits at home and on the road (1,815)
*Stan's uniform number (6) was the first to be retired by the St. Louis Cardinals
*In his only season as Cardinals GM (1967), the Cardinals won the World Series 4-3 over Boston
*As he was walking off the field for the final time, Hall of Fame broadcaster Harry Carat said: "Take a good look folks. We will never see his like again."
Two Cardinals legends.
Two Baseball Hall of Famers.
Two best friends.
Busch Stadium today. Members of Stan's family held a drive-by procession to celebrate his birthday.
Hundreds of fans (myself included) had the pleasure of being there.
#Stantennial
On August 11th, 1940, Cardinals prospect Stan Musial of the Daytona Beach Islanders landed on his pitching shoulder in center field, ending his career as a hurler.
Things still turned out pretty well I think. Don't you?
When Musial played on the Donora Zincs, the semi-professional baseball team, he became friends with a man by the name of Buddy Griffey...
Buddy was the father of Ken Griffey Sr. and grandfather of Ken Griffey Jr.
Growing up in Donora, PA, Stan Musial not only excelled in baseball but in basketball as well!
Join us tomorrow as we celebrate what would have been Stan "The Man" Musial's 100th birthday!
Will be posting special tributes, pictures, and interesting trivia all day long in honor of one of the greatest athletes and most genuine human beings ever!
A look at the current Kansas City Royals 40-man roster.
