Now that the Bronco is officially on to greener pastures and I’m left with only a “boring” new F150, let’s talk about some of my favorite things I’ve done to the truck since I’ve bought it and some things that I think were a complete waste.
1. lighting; absolutely stoked with my fog lights and headlights, the light output is insane and I love the look they give. The pillar lights still need to be hooked up with a Powerswith but they look cool 🫣
2. Mesa Series Front and Rear; this thing rides like a cloud and loves running down less-than-stellar roads at speed. I had yet to ride in a better riding 14th Gen than this one.
3. Smart Series; must have, especially for kids and those of us with height-challenged spouses.
4. Under Seat Storage; as crazy as it is, this may be one of my favorite mods. It’s so nice to have all my stuff hidden, locked and organized under my back seat.
5. floor mats, edge to edge floor mats are a must have for me and these fit as good as any that I’ve ever had. Very happy with this purchase and no complaints whatsoever… I’ve owned all the big brands and these are fantastic.
6. AL4; this thing rocks and is super durable (watch my last YT if you want to see what I mean). I loved my Westin EXP but it just didn’t work for me. This cover is so nice for trips with the fam and keeping stuff locked up and out of the elements. Did I mention it’s American made? 🇺🇸
7. Bed Mat; full disclosure, I reached out to them and they sent me this, I don’t see the point in it and I think fitment is less than stellar… myself, I wouldn’t spend my money on it even though I was initially excited to get this.
8. Klever RT; you know I love these things and I firmly believe 35x10.5x17 is the best tire size made… these are a the best tires on the market.
9. Alpha; another fan favorite, I’m stopped constantly on these and everyone has great things to say about them.
Plenty of other stuff I have and have done to this thing but there’s some thoughts on my initial takes.
