Heartfelt Lemp Film Update – We’re Almost There!
Dear Loyal Fans,
We’re reaching out with an empathetic and urgent update on the Lemp Film. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for your unwavering support and patience. We’re thrilled to share that we’re in the final stages of this journey! The episodic series, now five episodes strong, has caught the attention of streaming networks, and we’re closer than ever to sharing this story with you.
We know it’s been a long road—dare we say, we’ve become the “Kanye of the documentary world” with cries of “just release the album already!” 😅 Your patience has been nothing short of extraordinary, especially since many of you purchased tickets ($10–$15) expecting a March 2020 release.
We deeply understand the frustration, and we feel the weight of those who’ve drifted away from this project. This film has been a labor of love, but it’s also come with sacrifices.
The visionary Jeff Bassetti has poured his heart into this project, rewriting, directing, and editing the series alongside his talented team. His artistry has brought our dream to life: telling the true story of Elsa’s death, grounded in historical documentation, untangled from media distortions.
This was no small feat, and Jeff’s work has made it possible to honor her story with the respect it deserves.
Here’s where we stand: we’re at a critical juncture. Streaming networks are interested but prefer that no one sees the film before their release—no public premiere. However, we’re negotiating to ensure you, our dedicated supporters, aren’t left out. To honor your commitment, we’ve made two big decisions:
1 Refunds for All Ticket Holders: We’re issuing full refunds for everyone who purchased tickets. We know credit cards expire, so please email [email protected] to process your refund and claim new tickets.
2 Exclusive Closed-Session Screening: We’re planning a private “screening” for ticket holders only. If you’ve already been refunded, you’re still invited to join us! Just let us know via email.
As for the premiere date, we’re working hard to secure a theater in the area and will share details as soon as we can. Stay tuned for updates—we promise it’s coming!
