The 5 types of men in your circle will ruin your life if you don’t wake up. Not everyone who claps for you is in your corner. Some are smiling while sharpening the knife behind your back. If you don’t learn to identify them, you’ll be celebrating with snakes and trusting hands that secretly want to bury you.

1. The Parasite. He’s there when the table is full and the money flows, but when you struggle, he vanishes. He never pours into you, he only drains you. He doesn’t love you, he loves what you produce. The day you stop producing, he finds another host.

2. The Hater in Disguise. He claps for your wins, laughs at your jokes, tags along like he’s proud of you. But deep down, he’s jealous of your respect, your growth, your life. He listens to your plans just to downplay them, watches your moves just to copy or curse them. He’s an undercover enemy waiting for you to slip.

3. The Covetous. He doesn’t just admire you, he wants to replace you. Your wife, your house, your position — he wants it all. He’ll flirt with your woman, apply for your job, envy everything you worked for. He doesn’t want to walk beside you, he wants to take your shoes and wear your name.

4. The Saboteur. He sets you up with a smile. That “opportunity” he presents? It’s a trap. The business deal? A scam. The girl? A setup. The trip? A downfall waiting to happen. He’s not stupid, he’s strategic, and your downfall is his entertainment.

5. The Messiah. At first he looks like a brother — always helping, always saving, always stepping in. But his help is control. He doesn’t want you strong, he wants you dependent. The moment you say “I’m good now,” he turns against you because his validation lived in your weakness.

Final Word: The Parasite drains you. The Hater studies you. The Covetous stalks you. The Saboteur sets you up. The Messiah needs you broken. None of them are your brothers. If you don’t vet your circle with the same discipline you vet your investments, you’ll lose everything you built to men who never built anything with you. Legacy isn’t about who eats at your table. It’s about who wouldn’t flip it when your back is turned.
