We've been hosting poetry shows at Dunaway Books, promoting a wide-range of eclectic voices from St. Louis and around the country. So we thought we'd celebrate with an anniversary show in April!

We're on a nice run with releases. We have a new short story collection by John Dorsey on our chap label, Toast Boy, and a new book by our founder, Dan Wright. Coming soon is a new collection of poetry by Jason Ryberg. Stay tuned!

This Saturday, these two poetic degenerates are traveling across the state to read with Jason Ryberg and Kara Joy Werner to spread the word about their two latest releases, "Immaculate Jones & the Love Pirates" and "Tonight's Main Event" at The Smalter Gallery in KC. There's no cover to get in, but there will be plenty of books for sale. Things kick off around 7:00 (ish).
