99% Isopropyl Alcohol is not inexpensive when buying 1-2 gallons at a time. We just pulled the trigger on a 55 gallon drum. This should last at least for 2-3 years. Buying in bulk is a great way to save. If you are in the local St. Louis area and need some 99% IPA and you have your own container(s), we now have this for sale at a discount price of $18 per gallon.

These are antique par36 bulb holders from Federal Signal which were used in many of their warning lights, such as the Model 11 Visibar, Model 14 beacon, Twinsonic and AeroTwinsonic. Scanned with the AutoScan Inspec scanner.

This was a project for St Louis University High School. They wanted to reproduce some of the marble columns in the auditorium. We scanned these in high resolution for their artists to use in the carving of new mast heads.

One of the projects we worked on was scanning the entirety of a Humvee (HMMWV). This project, included scanning the wheels and tires with which to create a complete 3D model of the vehicle. After scanning, it was converted to CAD and saved as a 3D model.

The Whelen M9 warning light on the back of this truck was angled incorrectly because of the upward angle of the surface on which it was mounted. We scanned the light to get the exact sizing, switched to CAD and used the model as the template to design a wedge shaped adapter with which the light was then perfectly vertical as it needed to be.

We had the opportunity to scan an antique Crouse Hinds series M, 4 way, traffic signal so it can produced in scale. Because the sections are modular, this single scan is all that was necessary, other than the top and bottom covers, to make that happen.
