If you’re new here, welcome.
Take a breath—and then stay with us. There’s work to do.
This is the part where we move past symbols and into substance. Shirts, buttons, art, and posts can be meaningful…but they are not the work by themselves. Visibility without follow-through doesn’t create change.
If you’re just now becoming aware of what’s happening, that’s a reflection of privilege—not a personal failure, just a reality. BIPOC and immigrant communities have lived with these harms for a long time. This moment isn’t new for them and it’s past time for the rest of us to help carry the weight.
So here’s what’s required now:
Slow down.
Listen more than you speak.
Be willing to sit with discomfort.
Learn from the people who have been doing this work all along.
And stay engaged after the moment passes.
This post isn’t about guilt, it’s about responsibility.
If you’re ready to move beyond performative support and into real, sustained action, start here. Save this. Follow intentionally. Keep showing up.
