Lantern Creek Productions producer Frank Wachowe had the honor and privilege of interviewing General Frank J. Grass, the 27th Chief of the National Guard Bureau for an episode of MO Guard TV. The interview focused on Gen. Grass's long and distinguished military career that began in 1969 as an enlisted soldier with the Missouri National Guard and his retirement ceremony at the Missouri State capital in Jefferson City.
