The College Gridiron Showcase Internship Program is designed to give aspiring football professionals a true behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to operate a professional all-star event and evaluate players at a high level.

This is more than simply attending an event. Interns are placed directly into the workflow and gain hands-on experience with responsibilities that are an important part of the scouting and personnel process, including player interviews, measurements, field assistance, and event operations.

Throughout the week, interns will have the opportunity to work around experienced scouts, coaches, personnel executives, administrators, and other professionals from across the football industry. That exposure matters because there is no substitute for seeing how the process actually works—how players are evaluated, how information is gathered and organized, how an event is structured, and how professionals communicate and operate behind the scenes.

For anyone interested in a future career in scouting, player personnel, recruiting, football operations, coaching, or sports administration, opportunities like this can help build a much better understanding of the business while also developing relationships with people already working in the game.

The goal is to provide real experience, real responsibility, and an opportunity to learn in an environment built around football evaluation and professional development.
