Gems of Truett’s Luau (a tropical Chick-fil-A spin off)
Chick-fil-A® founder Truett Cathy once visited Hawaii and loved the experience so much he wanted to, “bring Hawaii to Fayetteville, Georgia.” Cathy did just that in December 2013 when he opened Truett’s Luau at the age of 92. Truett’s Luau features innovative dishes that put a Southern spin on Hawaiian favorites, as well as the classic Chick-fil-A menu.
Featured dishes ~
GRILLED MAHI MAHI TACOS - Tacos are filled with grilled Mahi Mahi fish smothered in a spicy pineapple sauce, topped with luau coleslaw, and wrapped in a warm tortilla. Partnered with a SWEET POTATO Chick-fil-A WAFFLE FRIES for a southern sweet kick! Finally, the FROSTED PINEAPPLE - a classic Chick-fil-A ice cream is blended with tropical pineapple juice with fresh chunks of golden pineapple for a cool treat to sip on during your meal.
🐝Truett’s Luau is also home to over 30,000 bees who make honey for recipes and, when available, sold at retail. Lofted on the roof of their covered walkway, these bees fly above patrons to gather nectar from local flowers. 🐝
