Healing isn’t always the serene scene you see in those beautifully curated yoga photos. Sometimes, it’s messy, raw, and downright UGLY! Those moments when you're heaving with ugly cries, snot running down your face, or even when you choose to hide away, canceling plans because you just need to recharge? That’s all part of the journey!
