Man, music is fun. Today I got to work on developing a 30th-anniversary medley of songs from the Toy Story films, cover "Jolene" on a banjo, tap dance, teach solfege using assistive tech, play a jazz arrangement of "My Favorite Things" with Holly Connor, and close out the evening with a guitar / drums duo cover of "Eye of the Tiger."

a GREAT day of music was had by all.

Late night podcast episode release!

This episode features Vannah Leigh, an incredible singer-songwriter who plays around my hometown of St. Louis. We had a great time talking about music, school, neurodivergence, songwriting, etc. I even got her to play a new song for the show, for which I am quite honored.

I hope you enjoy the episode!

This is the first in my "Katrina Series" of episodes that will lead up to the 20th anniversary of that event in my / many of my friends' lives. Georgia and I have been friends since 2002 and both went through the experience of evacuating from Hurricane Katrina back in 2005. We talk in depth about our individual journeys and I'm proud of both of us for decisions we've made on the path.

I hope you all enjoy this lovely conversations I had with one of my oldest and best friends.

Enjoy!
